We package our salads and bowls in patent packaging that allows the ingredients to be separated. This means your meals stay fresher longer and if there is an item you don't care for or cannot have you can choose to not include it in your meal!

Not home for your delivery? Your order will be left in an insulated bag with ice on your door step. You will get a text message when it arrives! Want your delivery left at a specific location around your home? Leave us a note when placing your order!

Looking to return your bags? Unfortunately, with the current situation we are unable to reuse anything that has been in your home. As the situation in the city changes we will continue to reevaluate. We hope you can find a reusable use for them this summer and stay tuned to hear more!

If I order now, when will it arrive?

When checking out you will be able to select your preferred delivery date. Please see the order schedule at the top of this page for information on when your order needs to be placed to receive a delivery on your preferred day of the week.

Your delivery time will be emailed to you in advance of the delivery being made.

What if I am not home when you make the delivery?

Not a problem! If you are not home, your food is safe in our insulated packaging with ice to keep it fresh for 6+ hours until you arrive.

The bag and all meal packaging is 100% recyclable.

What is the minimum order?

$36 is our minimum order. Between our salads, bowls, breakfast kits, snacks, and drinks, we are confident you will happily get to our minimum.

How do I get free delivery?

Orders $60 and over get free delivery.

I live outside of the city limits, do you deliver to my address?

CALGARY

We currently only deliver within Calgary city limits but are working hard to expand our delivery reach!

VANCOUVER (and surrounding areas)

We currently deliver to Vancouver, North Van, West Van, Burnaby, Delta, Surrey, Langley, White Rock, and Richmond. If you are in an area you would like us to expand into, shoot us a message!

SASKATOON

We currently only deliver within Saskatoon city limits but are working hard to expand our delivery reach!

Do you offer pick-up?

With the current situation we do not have a pick-up location. We are working to expand delivery distribution so that we can deliver to your home instead! Stay tuned to our social media channels to hear more.

How big are the meals?

Enjoy the salads and bowls as a full meal or enjoy it as a side salad for two people!
