ORDER CANCELLATION:

To modify or cancel your order, you must do so at least five (5) days before your scheduled delivery date. The specific deadlines for cancellations and refunds are as follows:

  • Sunday Delivery Cut-Off: Wednesday at 9:59PM MST
  • Monday Delivery Cut-Off: Thursday at 9:59PM MST
  • Tuesday Delivery Cut-Off: Friday at 9:59PM MST

If you cancel your order on or before the respective deadline for your delivery day, a refund will be processed. However, if you attempt to cancel after the specified cut-off date and time, you will forfeit your funds, and your order will be delivered as originally scheduled.

REPLACEMENT ITEMS:

Inspired Go has the right to make replacements or substitutions in your order under certain conditions. Here are the details regarding replacement items:

  • Product Changes: Inspired Go reserves the right to adjust the quantity of items in your order and to discontinue the use of specific meals and/or products without prior notice.
  • Substitutions: If a substitution is necessary due to ingredient availability, product changes, or other reasons, Inspired Go will make reasonable efforts to notify you before your order is delivered.

If a substitution is required for any reason, Inspired Go will make reasonable efforts to notify you before your order's delivery. If you encounter any issues with a substitution that was made, you can contact us at info@inspiredgo.ca or live chat assistance.

REFUND POLICY:

If you are unsatisfied with the way a meal or ingredient was delivered to you, please contact our team by emailing us at info@inspiredgo.ca within seven (7) days of receiving your order. A credit of equal value will be provided to your Inspired Go account. We may require photographic documentation of the product you are dissatisfied with and will advise once you reach out and contact us. In most situations, we will return the funds from an item or an order through a credit applied to your account. Credits never expire and can be used for purchasing any product at www.inspiredgo.ca.

Refunds will be issued in the event of:

  • An online order cancellation from a first-time customer
  • An error at the fault of Inspired Go โ€“ such as, but not limited to, shipment delays out of our control or errors made with ingredients in meals
  • Defective item(s) greater than $40

Your refund will be processed on your original form of payment within 5-10 business days.

Contact Us Within 7 Days: If you are dissatisfied with the way a meal or ingredient was delivered, please reach out to our dedicated team by emailing us at info@inspiredgo.ca or contacting us via live chat, within seven (7) days of receiving your order. In certain cases, we may request photographic documentation of the item you are dissatisfied with to better understand and resolve the issue.

Credit for Unsatisfactory Items: We will promptly provide you with a credit of equal value to your Inspired Go account for any items that did not meet your expectations. These credits have no expiration date and can be used for purchasing any product on our website, www.inspiredgo.ca.

Refunds in Specific Situations: Refunds will be issued in the following situations:

  • An online order cancellation by a first-time customer prior to cut-off
  • Errors that are the fault of Inspired Go, including but not limited to shipment delays beyond our control.
  • Defective items with a value greater than $40.

Your time is important to us, and our goal is to ensure a seamless and stress-free resolution for you. Your refund will be processed promptly, within 5-10 business days, and credited back to your original form of payment.

SUBSCRIPTIONS:

By subscribing to our Subscribe & Save service, you are agreeing to the following terms:

  1. Weekly or Biweekly Charges: Inspired Go, or a third-party payment processor, is authorized to charge your credit card for the following:
    • A minimum weekly or biweekly fee, determined by your initial order selection when creating your Inspired Go Subscription.
    • A Delivery Fee, if applicable to your order, based on our pricing model ($6.95 for orders under $61).
  2. Continued Authorization: You authorize us to charge your credit card for these amounts until you decide to cancel, skip, or pause your subscription.

Adjustment Deadlines: To skip, pause, or cancel your subscription, you must make these adjustments through your account or via live chat assistance prior to your orders cut-off:

  • Sunday deliveries: Wednesday before 4:59PM MST.
  • Monday deliveries: Thursday before 4:59PM MST.
  • Tuesday deliveries: Friday before 4:59PM MST.

Failure to make adjustments before the specified cutoff times will result in your payment being processed for your order, and receiving your order as scheduled.

Notification of Changes: When you sign up to Subscribe & Save, you acknowledge and agree that you will be charged on a weekly or biweekly basis based on the items included in your subscription order. We will not add or remove items without notifying you through the email address associated with your account. To ensure you receive these important notifications, please add our email address to your address book to prevent emails from being filtered into your junk/promotional folder.
